To create a 4-Bedroom storey and half dwellinghouse with integral garage and separate triple garage
The site formerly held a small fisherman's net store so was quite small and the design evolved to take account of neighbouring properties being close to the site so care had to be taken to avoid undermining these.
We have subsequently prepared designs for a separate garage / workshop on the site
We not only designed the development at the house we prepared a full development scheme including designing site access, boundary walls, gates, etc

Since completing the dwellinghouse we have prepared plans for a detached poolhouse and changing facility
The building prior to being a filing station was Banff Jail, and the corner towers on Reidhaven Street have been retained as these were part of the Jail and therefore part of Banff's history
